Mountain Lion (Hokdidashi)
Protector of the North. These animals have the largest variety of uses. They are carried by warriors of the Zuni tribe, hunters must carry them to get large game and some believe they will protect travelers. Most mountain lions have there tails over their back. The elder brother Mountain Lion is yellow.
This highly polished Mountain Lion was hand carved by Zuni artist Georgette Quam of solid Apple Coral. Fetish also has turquoise inlayed eyes. Mountain Lion is approximately 1 1/2 inches long by 1/2 inch high. A great addition to any collection.
