Native American Souix Indian Statue- Chief Sitting Bull on Horse


Chief Sitting Bull (1831-1890)
The first recognized Chief of the Souix Nation as well being a Medicine
man. His Indian name was Tatanka Iyotaka. Although he was a fierce fighter,
he is probably best known for his wisdom and generosity by actually giving
to the white man that were in need. He traveled extensively to large cities
sharing the culture of his people. He was murdered by his own tribesman
in 1890. Statue is approximately 12 inches x 11 inches x 5 inches.

All statues are made of a resin material while displaying a Bronze appearance. They are very heavy with tremendous attention to detail. Each Native American Indian statue comes in a special box with styrofoam moulded to cradle every statue. A brief story with a history of the figure is included.
